These conditions apply to the orders made from the electronic catalogue CREATIVITY LAB via the internet site : http://shop.dumpefresh.com/
These sales conditions are contracted between CREATIVITY LAB AND the buyer.
Both parties agree that their business relations will be ruled exclusively by this contract. If one of the conditions is broken or not fulfilled, the eventual litigation will be ruled and judged by the existent laws on the internet sales and long distance sales in France.
II
ORDERS AND DELIVERIES
1.
The order will be made by the buyer at the internet site on-line and will be registered only if the buyer is clearly identified.
CREATIVITY LAB reserves itself the right to change the present sales conditions at any time. If a change should take place, the new modified conditions will override the previous ones and will be applied to the orders passed thereafter.
2.
The products proposed are subject to available stock. If CREATIVITY LAB is out of stock for one of the items ordered, it will ship all the other products (if any) accompanied by an explaining letter.
3.
The listed prices are in euros all taxes included. The rate of VAT (value added tax) will be that which is applicable the day of the order. However, the prices exclude the cost of transport and delivery charges.
4.
If upon receipt of the merchandise, the buyer notices a problem, he should return the article(s) which causes a problem to CREATIVITY LAB explaining the reason for the return. In turn, CREATIVITY LAB may either exchange it or reimburse it.
5.
If the buyer wishes that his order be delivered to a different address he should send an e mail to: dumpefresh1@gmail.com giving his instructions and specifying name and address of the person to whom the shipment should be sent. During the holiday season the items may be gift wrapped. Any exchanges or reimbursements should be claimed to dumpefresh1@gmail.com.
All the DUMPE FRESH textile articles on the site: http://shop.dumpefresh.com/ can be either exchanged or reimbursed within 7 days of receipt ot the articles. The buyer also enjoys a guarantee for the items that may be found defective which he should return, as to the Articles L211 of the “Code de la Consommation” (Consumer Law).
III PAYMENT
The buyer may choose to pay his purchases in one of the two options that follow:
1.On line, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc…), at the time of the purchase on the secured Banque Populaire Netaxis paying site “Sherlocks”.
IV SIGNATURES AND PROOFS
The fact of typing in the credit card number and the fact of approving the purchase is considered as an agreement to the purchase, as per current laws. The approval serves also as a signature of agreement to the purchase on line.
V JURISDICTION
These general sales conditions are valid under French law. In case of a claim or disagreement the claim must be filed at the Court of Saint Gaudens, domicile of CREATIVITY LAB.
